Kalow ISO 9001 Quality Scope Expands

Capping off an exceptionally successful year of change and growth, Kalow recently upgraded its QMS to fold in the new Powder Coating scope.  The annual audit and recent third party inspections such as CSA have gone without any nonconformance’s, conducted remote / virtually.  Along with the great operational move and expansion into its new facility, the Kalow team was able to maintain and improve the quality processes, particularly a better lean flow through the operations.  Our auditor noted continued success in on-time delivery, quality, diversification and customer satisfaction, all during this challenging year
